Rooms need updating to feel modern!!! Stronger water pressure in bathrooms would enhance the experience!!! Consider better parking solutions !!!

Why it might work for you – or not
The cozy atmosphere felt like visiting a friend's home comfortable beds and appreciated coffee tea and biscuits in the room made my stay enjoyable.
Lack of proximity to local attractions forced me to rely on taxis and shared bathrooms were less than ideal with weak showers and limited space.

The location near Ashton Gate Stadium proved perfect for my needs. The host greeted me warmly, instantly making it feel like home. My Single Room Ensuite was cozy, and despite it being small, the thoughtfully provided tea, coffee, and biscuits added a nice touch. I loved the convenience of the mini fridge, but the bathroom experience fell short. The shower had weak water pressure. Some areas of the guest house looked a bit worn and could definitely use a refresh. The lack of a dining option for breakfast was noticeable, as it would have enhanced the stay significantly. While the room was warm at night, a little extra insulation might help with outside noise. The overall value felt a touch high for what was provided, given the state of the facilities.

We loved the family room, which easily fit all five of us, and it was great that reception was open late when we arrived after 10 pm. The leisure room was a fantastic spot to unwind, with comfy sofas and games to play with the kids. The shower could use a bit more power, but overall, we had a wonderful time! 😊

Homely feel with friendly service
I had a pleasant stay, feeling welcomed from the start as a friendly staff member guided us to our room and explained where to find everything. The room was snug, which worked well for my needs, and having a mini fridge was a nice touch. it could use a bit more space for luggage.
